Returns & Exchanges

At UK Mountain Adventures, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with all technical tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and choose between a refund or an exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all mountain-grade tags are intact and including a copy of your packing slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid Royal Mail shipping label provided via the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any local Post Office branch.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return at our warehouse, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange items within 5-7 business days.
